PURPOSE: A backlight assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device with the backlight assembly are provided to increase the efficiency of light which is emitted from a base substrate and is incident onto the base substrate again.;CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer(232) is formed on a light emitting side of a base substrate. A reflecting layer(234) forms a concave pattern by the base substrate and the dielectric layer. The reflecting layer is formed on the dielectric layer. An opening is formed on the reflecting layer.
