PURPOSE: A reflection resin sheet, a light emitting diode device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by reflecting light from the light emitting diode device before the light is absorbed in another member.;CONSTITUTION: A reflection resin sheet includes a first release base material and a reflection resin layer(4). The reflection resin layer is installed on the side of the first release base material in a transverse direction. A through hole passes through the first release base material and the reflection resin layer and corresponds to the light emitting diode device. The inner circumference of the through hole of the reflection resin layer faces the side of the light emitting diode device.
