PURPOSE: Sweet bean jelly using soymilk, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer various functionalities of the soymilk to the sweet bean jelly. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sweet bean jelly using soymilk comprises the following steps: preparing the soymilk; adding 1.6 parts of agar powder by weight into 100 parts of soymilk by weight, and heating the mixture for dissolving the agar in the soymilk; adding 60 parts of sugar by weight into 100 parts of mixture by weight, and stirring and heating to concentrate the mixture; and adding red bean paste into the mixture, and stirring and heating to secondly concentrate the mixture.
