Biomacromolecule of protein is in unfolded state. Components are taken in the following ratio, mas.%: biochemical complex, 45.5-52.5; protein, 43.5-48.5; water, 4.0-6.0. Soya oil-seed meal is prepared by heat treatment of native soya by point wave power wire with energy exposition in amount of 200-1200 kJ/sq.m in infrared radiation. Heat treatment is carried out in stationary, step-by-step or cyclic regime. Soya milk is prepared by hydration of full-fat soya oil-seed meal "Probuzhdennoye semya" at mass ratio of seed-oil meal: water equal to 1:/6,5-12/ and temperature of 100±2°C with the following separation of suspension into liquid and hard phases.
