PURPOSE: An agent for promoting hair growth containing vitamin by nano-extraction at low temperature is provided to suppress TGF-beta 2 expression and to prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: An agent for promoting hair growth containing vitamin by nano-extraction at low temperature contains nicotinic acid amide, ascorbic acid, acetic acid tocopherol, salicylic acid, Mori radicis cortex extract, seaweed extract and kelp extract. A method for manufacturing the agent comprises: a step of adding nicotinic acid amide, ascorbic acid and acetic acid tocopherol to an organic solvent and adding salicylic acid, benzoic acid and lavender oil to obtain a main solution; a step of mixing organic solvent, purified water, Mori radicis cortex, Artemisia capillaris Thunb, seaweed, pine needle, black soybean, Arctii Radix, Sesami semen, Cnidii rhizoma and Rehmanniae radix and boiling; a step of extracting the mixture with an organic solvent at 15-60C for 24-48 hours to obtain the extract; a step of filtering the extract and centrifuging; a step of concentrating at 30-50C for 1-5 hours and evaporating the organic solvent and water to obtain an extraction solution; a step of mixing the main solution and extraction solution.
