PURPOSE: A foldable shape deformation handbag is provided to enable a user to use a handbag by deforming the shape of the handbag according to use or using condition thereof.;CONSTITUTION: A foldable shape deformation handbag comprises a receiving member(110), an opening and closing member(120), and a cubic shape molding unit(130). The receiving member has a receiving space so that the top thereof can be opened. The opening and closing member opens and closes the receiving space of the receiving member.
