PURPOSE: A complex-functional electromagnetic wave absorption sheet which includes superior electromagnetic wave absorption characteristic and heat dissipation characteristic at the same time and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively radiate heat generated from a heat dissipation part on an electronic device circuit. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave absorption sheet is comprised of sinter of a composite material for electromagnetic wave absorption. The sinter of the composite material includes ferrite powder, thermal conductance filler, and glass frit. The ferrite powder comprises one or more elements selected from a group comprised of nickel-zinc ferrite powder, manganese-zinc ferrite powder, and Ni-Cu-zinc light powder. The thermal conductance filler comprises aluminum oxide powder and one or more elements selected from zinc oxide powder or magnesium oxide powder.
