PURPOSE: A window frame of an insulation system window with a dual thermal breaker and an assembly method thereof are provided to completely prevent condensation and improve thermal insulation using two thermal breakers. CONSTITUTION: A window frame of an insulation system window with a dual thermal breaker comprises an inner rail portion, an outer rail portion, and a thermal breaker. The inner rail portion and the outer rail portion are formed along the inner circumference of a window frame(100). The thermal breaker is formed on one side of the outer rail portion and the inner rail portion.
