PURPOSE: A micro-wave dielectric ceramic composition is provided to form stacked type communication dielectric elements and modules used in a micro-wave band by mixing two or more composite metal oxide powder with borosilicate glass frit. CONSTITUTION: A micro-wave dielectric ceramic composition includes 10-30 weight% of borosilicate-based glass frit, 50-85 weight% of first composite metal oxide powder, 5-40 weight% of second composite metal oxide powder. The first composite metal oxide powder is represented by A_3B_4M_4O_21, and the second metal oxide powder is one or more selected from ZnNb_2O_6, MgTiO_3, and Li_0.5Nd_0.5TiO_3. In the A_3B_4M_4O_21, the A is Ba, Sr, or the mixture of the Ba and the Sr. The B is Ti, Zr, or the mixture of the Ti and the Zr. The M is Nb, Ta, V, or the mixture of the same. The micro-wave dielectric ceramic composition is sintered at low temperature between 850 and 900 degrees Celsius. The dielectric constant, the quality coefficient, and the resonance frequency temperature coefficient of the micro-wave dielectric ceramic composition are respectively 20 or more, 2,000 GHz or more, and between -30 and +30 ppm/degrees Celsius.
