PURPOSE: A multi-layer ceramic condenser and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance the reliability of a product by preventing residual stress from remaining between a laminated main body and a side part inside the ceramic capacitor.;CONSTITUTION: A laminated main body(120) is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers including first ceramic dielectric powder. The laminated main body is successively surrounded by first to fourth sides. Internal electrode patterns(30) are formed on the dielectric layer to be respectively drawn for the first and the third side. First and second side parts(150a, 150b) are formed on the second side and includes second ceramic dielectric powder whose diameter is larger than the first ceramic dielectric powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
