PURPOSE: A differential amplifier is provided to improve a noise characteristic, a high frequency characteristic, and a differential characteristic by eliminating noises from a differential output signal due to thermal noise in a transistor.;CONSTITUTION: A common gate amplifier(100) amplifies an input signal to have a non-inverted phase based on a phase of a predetermined input signal. A common source amplifier(200) amplifies the input signal to have a reversed phase based on the phase of the input signal. First and second mixing portions(300,400) respectively mix outputs from the common gate amplifier and the common source amplifier. The first and the second mixing portions respectively output differential output signals having no noises of the reversed phase and the non-inverted phase based on the phase of the input signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
