PURPOSE: An electrode adhering device and a deep heat generator using the same are provided to obtain the semi-permanent use of the electrode adhering device and prevent an electrode from being exposed. CONSTITUTION: A deep heat generator comprises a high frequency generation unit(110), a first electrode plate(121), and a second electrode plate(122). The high frequency generation unit is able to generate high frequency current through capacitative electronic transfer or resistive electronic transfer. The first electrode plate comes into contact with the left foot plantar of a user and is connected to a first conducting line. The second electrode plate comes into contact with the foot plantar of the user and is connected to a second conducting line. A first adhesion part maintains the state of contact with the left foot plantar of the user. The second adhesion part supports the second electrode plate.
