A FABRICATING METHOD OF BURIED CONTACT SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a buried contact solar cell is provided to simplify solar cell manufacturing processes by forming a selective emitter layer through one doping process. CONSTITUTION: A mask layer(110) is formed on a semiconductor substrate(100). A part of the mask layer is eliminated. A groove(G) for forming an electrode is formed on a semiconductor substrate to correspond to the eliminated part of the mask layer. An emitter layer(120) is formed by doping dopants in the mask layer and the groove. An anti-reflection layer(130) is formed on the upper side of the emitter layer. A front electrode(142) is formed in the groove of the semiconductor substrate.
