PURPOSE: An oil pump control valve is provided to constantly maintain the pressure of oil discharged to an engine while excessive pressure is supplied to the oil pump.;CONSTITUTION: An oil pump control valve comprises a valve, and a solenoid. The valve intermits the inflow and outflow of oil. The solenoid operates the valve. The valve comprises a holder(110), and a spool(120). The holder is formed into the pipe shape having an outlet(118) in one end. A supply port(114) and a control port(116) connected to the inner space of a hollow are formed on the outer surface of the holder. The spool is formed into a multi-stage rod. The spool comprises a plurality of operating grooves, and flow paths. The operating grooves connect the supply port and the control port. The flow paths connect the outlet and the solenoid. If the spool is moved by the solenoid, the oil inside the solenoid is discharged through the outlet and the flow paths, or the oil which has flown through the outlet flows into the inner space of the solenoid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
