PURPOSE: A corn shaped continuously variable transmission system for a back wheel drive vehicle is provided to improve power transmission efficiency by moving a transmission ring along a gap between a first cone and a second cone. CONSTITUTION: A first outline(1) is formed in the outer side surface of a first cone along a central axis and forms the arc of a fixed radius. The second outline(5) of a second cone is formed along the central axis of the arc which is offset along the radial direction of a first outline at a constant interval. A transmission ring(9) consists of the first outline and the second outline. A ring drive unit moves a transmission ring along a gap between the first cone and the second cone. One of the first cone and the second cone is a drive cone and the other is a passively driven cone and an output shaft(11) is formed in a passively drive cone.
