PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hand cleansers and a hand cleaner composition are provided to prevent skin aging and to have sterilization, antibiosis effect, and lipolysis effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hand cleansers comprises the following steps: (100) preparing herb medicine extract, anhydrous ethanol, aloe vera gel, hyaluronic acid, purified water, grapefruit seed extract, and essential oils; (200) manufacturing an anhydrous ethanol and essential oil first mixed solution by mixing the anhydrous ethanol with the essential oil; (300) manufacturing a second mixed solution by mixing herb medicine extract, aloe vera gel, hyaluronic acid, grapefruit seed extract, and purified water; and storing the second mixed solution in a container at room temperature for 1-2 days.
