The present invention relates to a mobile communication terminal case having a holder function, and the mobile communication terminal case forms a two-piece case by comprising: a first case which has left and right extensive ends on which recessed grooves for holding a mobile communication terminal are formed, and which forms the outer surface of the two-piece case; and a second case which is molded from a relatively soft material compared to the first case, forms the inner surface of the two-piece case by being detachably fitted in the inner side of the first case, and is detachably coupled to the mobile communication terminal, wherein: an accommodation groove is formed on the outer bottom surface of the second case, which faces the inner bottom surface of the first case, and accommodates a received member; and a cover is attached to the outer bottom surface of the second case to connect therewith in a foldable manner, and protects the mobile communication terminal by covering the upper side of the second case. Thus, the invention provides user convenience and practical use, and has the advantage of enabling a user to conveniently carry the mobile communication terminal.
