FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar elements with clarifying coats. Photoelectric layer is applied on glass substrate together with clarifying coat facing the incident light side. Plasma pyrolysis is used to produce said clarifying coat. Clarifying coat surface has roughness defined by peak elevations "d" relative to adjacent recesses and clearance "g" between adjacent peaks, or between adjacent recesses.
