METHOD OF ANATOMICAL RESECTION OF IV, V AND VIII LIVER SEGMENTS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for anatomical resection of IV, V, VIII liver segments. After transaction of right paramedian sector pedicle and marking on liver capsule its real right anatomical boundary, tourniquets on left lobar pedicle and general stem of middle and left hepatic veins are clamped for the time necessary for cutting liver parenchyma along umbilical fissure. Tourniquets on left lobar pedicle, stem of middle and left hepatic veins and pedicle of right paramedian sector are released. Tourniquets on right lobar pedicle and right hepatic vein are clamped for the time necessary for cutting liver parenchyma along right boundary of the sector. All tourniquets are released and blood flow in liver is recovered after removal of resected segments and hemostasis.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma, blood loss, hemodynamic disorders.;1 ex, 6 dwg
