FIELD: agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method relates to the field of agriculture. In the method the relative stability of spring wheat varieties to chloride salinity is determined by the method of seedling in the roll culture. The seedlings were grown to 2-3 leaf phase, exposed to salt stress by exposing them in sodium chloride solution with an osmotic pressure of 9 atm. The cuttings of the second leaves of seedlings are prepared, placed in distilled water at a ratio of 1:20 for 1.5 hours in the lighting conditions.
