After that, intermediate layer of nitride or carbonitride of titanium, chrome and zirconium compound is applied at the following component ratio, wt %: titanium 73.0-79.0, chrome 9.0-11.0, zirconium 12.0-16.0. After that, upper layer of nitride or carbonitride of titanium and chrome compound is applied at the following component ratio, wt %: titanium 91.5-93.5, and chrome 6.5-8.5. Application of coating layers is performed with three cathodes horizontally located in one plane, the first and the second cathodes of which are composed of titanium and chrome and located opposite each other. The third cathode is composed of titanium and zirconium and located between the first and the second cathodes. Lower layer is applied using the first and the third cathodes.
