The method involves charging an ionic cell of normal capacity, where ionic cell is short circuited over a period, particularly 2 to 5 seconds. The ionic cell is made of positively charged ions of lithium, sodium, magnesium, palladium, aluminum, zinc, cadmium, lead metals or compounds of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide, lithium nickel cobalt oxide, lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide, lithium manganese oxide or lithium iron phosphate. The ionic cell is surrounded by a dielectric film that is mounted on an aluminum metal foil. An independent claim is also included for a charging current signal for charging galvanic elements.
