The nozzle has an inner flow channel (2) with inlet section (5) that is vertically stretched to its longitudinal axis in a first dimension and a second dimension. The flow channel has the inlet cross section (7) and an opposite discharge section (6) vertically stretched to its longitudinal axis in a first and a second dimension. The outlet cross-section (8) of flow channel is reduced more in its first dimension compared with the first dimension of the inlet cross-section, and is maintained relatively in its second dimension with respect to the second dimension of inlet cross-section. An independent claim is included for method for fraction of mammalian spermatozoa.
