The device (1) has a torque transmission unit (2) that is engaged with a lever element (6) along an axial direction (A). An adjustable ring (8) is rotatably mounted on a wear adjustment device (3) in a circumferential direction (U). The deterioration condition of torque transmission unit is compensated, by rotating the adjustable ring. A centrifugal force-based control device controls the rotation of adjustable ring.
