The arm supporting frame comprises a clamping part at the bed edge and at the head end. A hard plastic bracket holder is provided with a hollow space for receiving the electrical accessories, such as lamp and cable portions. The adjustable height of the holder is placed on the arm supporting frame, which is provided by a locking unit. An arm mounting part is attached on an extension system, which is variably designed, such that the person in the bed is rotated and turned. The bracket arm holder is made of a hard plastic component such as zinc-plated and alloyed metal material. An independent claim is included for a mounting and attachment part for an arm holder.
