The seat has articulation units arranged to define utilization position of the seat and storing position of the seat. The articulation units retract the seat under a pylon of the controlling post in the storing position of the seat. A frame (4) includes a front part (7) and a rear part (6) connected together by the articulation unit. The rear part of the frame comprises a raising unit (10) arranged to modify the length of the part of the frame so as to modify the height of the seat with respect to a floor (5) of the controlling post in the utilization position of the seat.
