The mover has a set of magnetic anchors that are positioned temporarily on ferromagnetic structural elements. A base of a vertical lever is actuated by horizontal efforts at its upper part. The lever base applies the horizontal efforts to an object in a same direction through an intermediate tip of the lever, where unballasting of the anchors is controlled by extreme positions of the vertical lever with respect to a vertical direction by abutments connected to the object. A horizontal grip bar is provided at the lever.
