Composition comprises a first hydroxy-styrene acrylic copolymer resin; a second fluorinated hydroxy functional acrylic copolymer resin; an aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener; a first additive polyether modified hydroxy functional polydimethylsiloxane; a second additive polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane; a third additive polyether-polyester modified hydroxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane; a fourth additive fluorinated polymeric surfactant; and a fifth additive polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane, where the composition further comprises water. Composition comprises a first hydroxy-styrene acrylic copolymer resin; a second fluorinated hydroxy functional acrylic copolymer resin, where the mass ratio of the first and second resin are 2:3-1:1; an aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener (30-35 wt.%); a first additive polyether modified hydroxy functional polydimethylsiloxane (6-9 wt.%); a second additive polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane (0.4-0.5 wt.%); a third additive polyether-polyester modified hydroxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane (2.5-3.5 wt.%); a fourth additive fluorinated polymeric surfactant (1.5-2.5 wt.%); and a fifth additive polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane (0.5-0.7 wt.%), where the total weight of the compounds are 70-95 wt.% of the composition further comprising water. Independent claims are included for: (1) a unit for preparing the composition, comprising a first composition comprising the first hydroxy-styrene acrylic copolymer resin, and the second fluorinated hydroxy functional acrylic copolymer resin, and a second composition aliphatic polyisocyanate hardener; and (2) realizing the composition from the unit, comprising mixing the first composition and the second composition of the unit.
