PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin composition for producing three-dimensional network structures excellent in cushion property and heat resistance suitable for furniture, beddings such as beds, vehicle seats, ship seats, and the like, and to provide a structure thereof.SOLUTION: A polyethylene-based resin composition for three-dimensional network structures is made by incorporating a silanol condensation catalyst (e) in a graft reaction product (d) obtained by grafting an ethylene--olefin copolymer (a) polymerized in the presence of a metallocene catalyst and having a melt flow rate (MFR: measured according to JIS-K6922-2: 1997 at a temperature of 190°C under a load of 2.16 kg) of 1 g/10 min and 100 g/10 min, and a density of 0.850-0.920 g/cm, with an ethylenic unsaturated silane compound (b) in the presence of a radical-generating agent (c).
