PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine ensuring the number of operators to cope with the number of calls to receive, with allowing the operators to take rests.;SOLUTION: In a case of detecting an operator A who cannot take a rest in accordance with a preset rest pattern, a rest management device 100 selects an operator B capable of taking a rest in the rest time of the operator A and sets the rest time of the operator B. Then, the rest management device 100 refers to each table 141 to 144 to detect a time zone which is separated from the lunch rest time of the operator A by a rest interval threshold or more and in which the number of operators does not become smaller than the threshold of the number of operators even if the operator A takes a rest, and sets the time zone to the rest time of the operator A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
