PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for an electrically driven power steering device capable of reducing a radial dimension around a motor.;SOLUTION: A stator 34 comprised of a plurality of stator cores 51 laminated in a cylindrical shape and a stator coil 52 wound therearound, and a rotor 35 are stored in a stator housing part 43b defined by a first housing 31 having a partition wall 41 on one end side in an axial direction thereof and being formed in an approximately bottomed cylinder-shape, and a bearing holding member 37 disposed so as to close an opening on the other side of the first housing 31. The bearing holding member 37 is fixed to the first housing 31 by a long bolt 80 disposed so as to permit insertion of a stator side recessed part 50 drilled in an outer peripheral part of each of the stator cores 51.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
