PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying genders of embryos for multiple eggs having the embryos in egg shells.;SOLUTION: A method includes: a step 600 of measuring heart rates of each of multiple eggs; a step 610 of determining an average heart rate for the multiple eggs; and a step 620 of comparing the respective heart rate for each egg with the average heart rate to identify a gender of each egg. The method may further include a step 630 of selectively injecting a substance into the eggs according to gender.
