PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use signal processing resources which are disposed in a distributed manner.;SOLUTION: For each radio system, a signal processing time using signal processing resources is measured and its cumulative probability distribution is determined beforehand. For each radio system, a part of radio quality deterioration allowable based on a radio quality required by that radio system is distributed to an error rate caused by signal processing delay, and a signal processing time in the case where the cumulative probability distribution is equal to (1-error rate caused by distributed signal processing delay) is defined as an indicator time. When a total sum of indicator times of all radio systems to be assigned to the signal processing resources of an access point 2 or a radio signal processing device 4 in which a signal processing assignment determination apparatus 1 is mounted, is smaller than all requested processing times determined by a time specification to be obeyed for each of the radio systems, a determination section 13 of the signal processing assignment determination apparatus 1 determines that all the radio systems can be assigned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
