An audio signal received by a microphone is transmitted via two or more transducers through bone. The first transducer is placed on or in a housing that is located with an interference fit to at least two surfaces of a first tooth without anatomical modification of or bonding to the first tooth. The audio signal is filtered into first and second frequency ranges, which are presented via vibrations through the bone of the user. The first frequency range is transmitted by the first transducer to at least a first tooth, and the second frequency range is transmitted to at least a first or at least a second tooth.—DAP
