PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin sheet and the like capable of forming a resin cured product having excellent thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation, and excellent in flexibility.SOLUTION: The resin sheet includes a semi-cured product of an epoxy resin composition containing: an epoxy resin including a polyfunctional epoxy resin; a curing agent having partial structure represented by general formula (IIa) etc.; and an inorganic filler.
