PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element having a novel structure.;SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 101 comprises: a substrate 20 having a plurality of lead electrodes 22, 23; a mold material 11 arranged on the substrate 20 and having a cavity 13; a light-emitting chip 31 placed in the cavity 13 above at least one of the plurality of lead electrodes 22, 23; a coupling member 33 for coupling the light-emitting chip 31 electrically with any one of the plurality of lead electrodes 22, 23; a resin member 41 placed in the cavity 13; a clearance 24 having a material different from those of the mold material 11 and resin member 41 between the plurality of lead electrodes 22, 23; and an adhesive ilm 16 interposed between the mold material 11 and substrate 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
