PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method, and program for aggregating environmental information, in which a complicated computational expression of three or more aspects can be defined.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 calculates data on a desired environmental aspect by collecting data on the environmental aspect having a hierarchical structure and calculating data on the environmental aspect in a higher layer from data on the environmental aspect of a lower layer in order based on the collected data. The computer includes: an aspect database 105 storing data on the environmental aspect as a numeric value; a user function definition database 113 storing user functions 113a, 113b between the environmental aspects; and a tabulation processing part 106 which computes the data on the environmental aspect of the higher layer by substituting a numeric value of the lower layer to the user functions 113a, 113b when the data on the environmental aspect of the higher layer is computed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
