PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a carrier having a high efficiency compared with a conventional surface treatment of a carrier and improved adhesion between the carrier and gel electrophoresis medium.;SOLUTION: The carrier whose surface coming into contact with media, is covered with a diamond-like carbon layer and in which gel electrophoresis medium is loaded, is provided. Solution including nonionic radical polymerizable monomer fills the carrier, and is polymerized to form water-containing gel. This configuration can highly efficiently covers the carrier compared with the conventional surface treatment of the carrier, thereby improving the adhesion between the carrier and the medium for gel electrophoresis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
