PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for selecting and placing a near-infrared reflection film or a far-infrared radiation film over a window surface and reducing air conditioning load due to solar radiation.;SOLUTION: A near-infrared reflection film 1 and a far-infrared radiation absorption film 2 are wound around a roll curtain scroll 3 and a roll curtain scroll 3', respectively, to configure a roll curtain shape of two roll curtains arranged in parallel with each other by a supporting material 4. This roll curtain is arranged in parallel with a window by a support part protruding from a window frame, a wall, or a ceiling. In summer, heat input by solar radiation is reduced by lowering the near-infrared reflection film 1 and cooling load is reduced. In winter, outflow of indoor far-infrared radiation to the outdoor is reduced by lowering the far-infrared radiation absorption film 2 and heating load is reduced. Thus, a maximum energy-saving effect by controlling solar radiation throughout the year can be obtained by using the two films having functions different from each other selectively depending on seasons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
