PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house maintenance management information provision system and a house maintenance management information provision program, allowing a resident oneself to acquire time of repair of a house, replacement of consumables, and periodic maintenance and inspection, and allowing specification of a failure portion and indication of a repair method, even when a constituent member of the house fails.;SOLUTION: This house maintenance management information provision system includes: a HDD storing member information, drawing information, and history information of each member constituting the house; and a CPU selecting necessary information from the information stored in the HDD and outputting it to a user interface. The member information includes: upper member information related to an upper member stored in each room constituting the house; lower member information related to a lower member constituting the upper member, stored associatively to the upper member information; and maintenance information necessary for maintenance of the lower member, stored associatively to the lower member information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
