PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor inverter controller and a motor control method wherein driving of a switching element provided in an inverter for controlling the operation of a motor can be controlled by a new configuration. PSOLUTION: The motor inverter controller 1 controls driving of a switching element 4 in some phase of an inverter 3 that controls the operation of a motor 2, based on a command value. The frequency of a triangular wave is changed according to the command value. The triangular wave of the changed frequency is compared with a reference voltage set to a certain value.
