PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a stepping motor which can control an excitation voltage at phase excitation changing time, which does not have a torque loss, and which suppresses generation of a vibration or a noise and to provide a controller of the stepping motor, a focus position control method of a lens and a focus position controller of the lens.;SOLUTION: The excessive response of the rotor or the stepping motor is suppressed by controlling an excitation voltage at the duty ratio at standing up or falling of the excitation voltage of the stepping motor.
