PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably store and transport a hollow and cylindrical strip member while preventing it from being loosened off without using a transport drum. PSOLUTION: A lengthy strip member 1A which is wound in a spiral manner into a spiral tube is wound and stacked to form into a hollow and cylindrical shape. Side surfaces on either side, and inner and outer circumference surfaces of the hollow and cylindrical strip member 1 is bound with a plurality of fastening bands 2 at intervals in the circumferential direction. By this, the hollow and cylindrical strip member 1 is banded in the cross direction relative to the winding and stacking direction of the strip member 1A, thereby preventing the strip member 1A from being loosened off.
