PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause the outermost strip to be wound and overlapped over substantially the entire width, in the width direction of a strip binder and keep it stable under a vertical set state.;SOLUTION: The outermost strip 10 is wound and overlapped at a substantial entire width in a width direction of a strip binder 1 without being related to a width, a height and a binding length of the strip 10. According to such an arrangement, even if the strip 10 is stored under its vertical orientation in which a hollow cylindrical part is oriented in a lateral direction, it is possible to store it stably under an upright state without the part collapsing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
