PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably rotate a construction tool by storing a hollow cylindrical strip member in the construction tool with a rotation center aligned to a center thereof.;SOLUTION: A strip member binder where the right/left side faces, inner circumferential faces, and outer circumferential faces of a hollow cylindrical strip member 1A are bound with multiple binders is stored in a construction tool 10 comprising right/left side frames 11 and a plurality of connection members 12 positioned between facing reinforcement crossbars 15 of the right/left side frames 11 and on the same circumference of an inside diameter set on the basis of an outside diameter of the strip member binder 1 and larger than the outside diameter, at intervals in a circumferential direction and detachably connected. After that, a bind of the strip member binder is released and a strip member is loosened in the winding return direction.
