PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unbind an accommodated strip binder at an execution site, and to safely draw a strip from the inner circumferential side of a hollow and cylindrical strip and to feed it in an existing tube.;SOLUTION: A tool 1 for execution comprises right and left rotating bodies 2 having an opening 21 corresponding to a hollow cylindrical part of a strip binder, a plurality of connector 3 to be attachably/detachably connected circumferentially between the right and left rotating bodies 2 with a space, and a circumferentially continuous supporter 4 to be attachably/detachably connected to the connector 3 at both ends in the plurality of connector 3 connected between the right and left rotating bodies 2. An outer circumferential surface of the strip binder is supported by the plurality of connectors 3 connected between the right and left rotating bodies 2 in a range not exceeding one half circumference, and the supporter 4 connected to the connectors 3 at both ends out of the connectors 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
