PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advancing mechanism of a knock type advancing container having a simple structure of the advancing mechanism and capable of greatly improving the certainty by allowing a person to quickly and easily confirm a test on whether the operation of a rotation body operated in the interior is normal or not in an assembly. PSOLUTION: This advancing mechanism includes a window section 29 allowing a person to visually observe the interior, at a side face of a screw body 28, so that the person can visually observe the movement of a marker part 37 such as a slit or a recess/projection, which is provided on the side face of the rotation body 36 disposed inside the screw body 28 for easily observing the rotation, through the window section 29 so as to easily confirm the rotation of the rotation body 36 by a knock operation.
