PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production line management method, a production line management system and a production line management program which can improve productivity and quality. PSOLUTION: A difficulty calculating part 620 calculates the difficulty of a process of an object to be processed from object information 303 showing contents of an operation carried out to the object to be processed and state information 304 showing contents of operations of processes in order, and stores difficulty information 305. A comparing part 640 compares, from the difficulty information 305 and skill information 307, a skill of an operator when the operator processes the object to be processed in accordance with the arrangement of the operator in devices of arrangement information 308 and the procedure of procedure information 309 with the difficulty of the object to be processed which is processed by the operator. A determining part 650 determines a guidance-required device when the operator has less skill than the difficulty of the object to be processed. Further, a change part 660 changes the procedure information 309 so that the number of devices determined as the guidance-required device becomes the smallest at the same time.
