PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management device capable of reducing time for progress management by specifying a factor of causing delay in a production line more quickly. PSOLUTION: A work result acquiring section 16 receives processing detection signals which detect the start and/or termination of processing in each process, and work IDs from sensors 4A1-4Am, and records work result information associating each work ID with the work result time, in a work result recording section 19. A budget actual result comparison section 15 computes progress information based on production plan information and work result information on each process in each work ID. An under-production work display control section 12, a completed work display control section 13 and an unstarted work display control section 14 perform control of displaying progress information on a display section 11 regarding work under production, production completed work and unstarted work respectively.
