PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of chain-shaped conductive fine particle and a usage of the chain-shaped conductive fine particle. PSOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the chained conductive particulate, after a pH of aqueous dispersion liquid of the conductive fine particle is adjusted to 2 to 5, a density of a solid content is adjusted to 10 to 40 wt.%, and the dispersion liquid of conductive fine particle is hydrolyzed by adding hydrolytic organic silicon compound expressed in the following formula (1) and alcohol. In the formula (1): RSP1/SPSBa/SBSi(ORSP2/SP)SB4-a/SB, RSP1/SPand RSP2/SPdenote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, and organic group with the carbon number of 1 to 10 selected from substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon groups, wherein (a) is an integer of 0 to 3.
